In cases of providing a mortgage loan to a migrant worker, the labor migrant must be registered in the labor migration software packages (“Labor-migration” or “Xorijda ish”) of the Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and must have sent money transfers to the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan through international money transfer systems for at least 6 months.
