In accordance with paragraph 37 of the Code of Corporate Governance, approved by the protocol of the Commission on increasing the efficiency of joint-stock companies and improving the corporate governance system of December 31, 2015, No. 9, an independent evaluation of the corporate governance system in joint-stock companies is carried out on the basis of a questionnaire approved by the State Committee on Competition and Scientific and Educational center of corporate governance.
