“ZOOMRAD” is a mobile banking app that allows You to manage funds on Your payment cards, track Your cash flows online, make more than 300 types of online payments, enjoy cashbacks, make profitable deposits and fast online microloans, make low-cost card-to-card transfers and many more.
To register with “ZOOMRAD” app please enter Your mobile phone number and add a bank card. The app also offers a scanning service for easy entry of bank card details.
The app allows users who do not have a bank card to order Aloqabank cards online or issue virtual Aloqabank cards.
By biometrically identifying Yourself in “ZOOMRAD” app using Face ID, You will have greater access to the app's features and increased security. To complete biometric identification, You only need to enter Your passport series and number and take a photo of Your face using the app.

The “ZOOMRAD” app offers pilgrims the unique opportunity to pay for the holy Hajj pilgrimage without commission via Single Invoice or PINFI, a service that can be provided only by “ZOOMRAD”.
The “University Contract Payment” service enables online contract payments to universities by entering a student's PINFI.
The new function “Payment on Spot” in the mobile app “ZOOMRAD” offers customers the option of paying for goods and services directly through the app or by scanning special ZOOMRAD QR codes at sales and service points.
Card-to-Card Transfers (P2P)
The “ZOOMRAD” app offers users to make transfers with preferential fees between bank cards issued by banks in Uzbekistan.
The “ZOOMRAD” app offers free transfers between Aloqabank cards belonging to one individual and linked to one account. Furthermore, customers have the option of making up to UZS 15 million fee-free transfers between Aloqabank cards and up to UZS 30 million between “HUMO” and “VISA” cards.
For transfers between bank cards, the convenient scan function allows users to enter card details (PAN) quickly and easily.
To guarantee the security of our customer's funds, we provide a one-time secret code for each transfer.
For security reasons, the following limits have been set for peer-to-peer transfers:
For a user who has successfully completed face ID authentication, the lump-sum payment is UZS 15 million, with a monthly limit of UZS 150.0 million;
For a user who has not completed face ID authentication, the lump-sum payment is UZS 5 million, with a monthly limit of UZS 50.0 million.
VISA Direct
The “Visa Direct” service allows customers to make online transfers to Visa cards issued in more than 86 countries worldwide. Online deposits
The “ZOOMRAD” app offers deposits on favorable and convenient terms, so that Your money consistently generates income for You. By simply authenticating Your identity with Face ID, You can become a bank’s customer in a matter of seconds and initiate a deposit with any bank card without having to visit a bank physically.
The “ZOOMRAD” app allows You to monitor the deposit balance and the interest on it online, and to manage Your funds as You wish. In other words, You can add funds to Your deposit at any time that suits You or, if necessary, use part of the deposit, keeping the interest.

The “ZOOMRAD” app offers You an opportunity to purchase foreign currency from any bank card, or alternatively, to convert funds to a local currency on Your Aloqabank's “Visa” card. These conversion operations are carried out online, without fee.
Savings
It is a common challenge for individuals to save money despite expenses, and many find it difficult to make this a priority. “ZOOMRAD” will help You save money for major purchases, travel, education, and other goals. You only need to decide what You want to save for and how much You want to save, as well as how You prefer to top up Your savings. “ZOOMRAD” not only accumulates money as You specified but also offers an interest rate of 16% per annum on Your savings.

The “My Home” service allows You to gather home-related information and payments on a single screen. You can monitor Your utility, internet and home phone balances, receive balance notifications at Your discretion, and pay with one action or set up an autopay service. You can also enter Your home data in a special order.

Furthermore, the mobile app “ZOOMRAD” provides users with the ability to instant generate an online statement of balances on “Visa” currency card of Aloqabank attached to the mobile app, as well as “Visa” card receipts and expenditures statements for any period of time.
Free monitoring of payments. You can track incoming and outgoing transactions on Your bank cards online by enabling the payment monitoring service in the settings section. Furthermore, You will have the option to perform a detailed analysis of Your expenses by categories, associating categories with each transaction.
Bank liaison
The application provides a variety of options for contacting the bank. To contact the contact-centre, simply press the “Call the bank” button, and the app will automatically make the call.
You can also contact the bank's technical support team via Telegram-bot.
Additionally, the map displays the location of the nearest RCSC/CSC. The “ZOOMRAD” app will determine Your location and display You the nearest RCSC/CSCs, ATMs and currency exchange offices on the map. Once You have selected the preferred location, You will be able to ascertain the opening hours, address and telephone number, as well as view the route to the chosen destination.
