Amendments to the decision "On the additional issuance of shares" registered by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan under the number R0021-27 on September 15, 2022, were entered into the state register

It was registered by the National Agency of Prospective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan on February 14, 2024 with the number 02/18-2-2/R-12

State registration of JSC Aloqabank shares has been realized (Decision to issue shares #P0021-29)

The additional shares of JSC "Aloqabank" have been registered with the state (decision on the issuance of shares No. P0021-29). Based on the decision of the Supervisory Board of "Aloqabank" dated August 26, 2024, a total of 826,979,199,732 shares were issued, consisting of 825,467,199,732 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 (one) sum and 1,512,000,000 preferred shares. On September 26, 2024, they were registered with the National Projects Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan under No. P0021-29.

State registration of JSC Aloqabank shares has been realized (Decision to issue shares #P0021-28)

On June 27, 2024, a new issue of shares by JSC "Aloqabank" in book-entry form with a nominal value of 1 sum was registered. The issue includes 1,189,065,847,233 ordinary shares and 2,178,000,000 preferred shares, totaling 1,191,243,847,233 shares. The issue was registered under number P0021-28.

State registration of JSC Aloqabank shares has been realized (Decision to issue shares #P0021-27)

On September 15, 2022, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan registered an additional issue of shares of JSC "Aloqabank" under number P0021-27. This was based on the minutes of the Supervisory Board meeting protocol No. 44 of JSC "Aloqabank" dated August 11, 2022. The issue includes 3,306,000,000 book-entry registered ordinary shares with a nominal value of 121 sum each.

State registration of JSC Aloqabank shares has been realized (Decision to issue shares #P0021-26)

On December 10, 2019, the Capital Market Development Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan (CMD) registered an additional issue of shares of JSC "Aloqabank" under number P0021-26. This registration was based on the minutes of the Supervisory Board meeting protocol No. 70 of JSC "Aloqabank" dated November 21, 2019. The issue includes 575,206,611 book-entry registered ordinary shares with a nominal value of 121 sum each.

State registration of JSC Aloqabank shares has been realized (Decision to issue shares #P0021-25)

On August 24, 2018, the Center for Coordination and Development of the Securities Market of the Republic of Uzbekistan carried out state registration under No. Р0021-25 of the additional issue of shares of JSC Aloqabank on the basis of Minutes No. 72 of the meeting of the Supervisory Board of JSC Aloqabank dated August 8, 2018 of uncertified registered ordinary shares par value 121 UZS in the amount of 4 507 669 173.

State registration of JSC Aloqabank shares has been realized (Decision to issue shares #P0021-24)

On May 8, 2018, the Center for Coordination and Development of the Securities Market of the Republic of Uzbekistan carried out state registration under No. Р0021-24 of an additional issue of shares of JSC Aloqabank on the basis of Minutes No. 54 of the meeting of the Supervisory Board of JSC Aloqabank dated April 25, 2018 of uncertified registered ordinary shares with a par value of 121 UZS in the amount of 826 446 280.

State registration of JSC Aloqabank shares has been realized (Decision to issue shares #Р0021-23)

On July 11, 2017, the Center for the Coordination and Development of the Securities Market realized state registration for No. P0021-23 of the new issued of undocumented, named, with a nominal value of 121 UZS in the amount of 180,246,220 ordinary shares of JSC Aloqabank on the basis of Protocol No. 56 of the Supervisory Board meeting of JSC Aloqabank dated July 4, 2017.

State registration of JSC Aloqabank shares has been realized (Decision to issue shares #Р0021-22)

On March 28, 2016, the Center for the Coordination and Development of the Securities Market realized state registration for No. P0021-22 of the new issued of undocumented, named, with a nominal value of 121 UZS in the amount of 952,602,651 ordinary and 18,000,000 preference shares of JSC Aloqabank on the basis of Protocol No. 25 of the Supervisory Board meeting of JSC Aloqabank dated February 17, 2017.

State registration of JSC Aloqabank shares has been realized (Decision to issue shares #Р0021-21)

On February 2, 2015, the Center for the Coordination and Development of the Securities Market realized state registration for No. P0021-21 of the extra issued of undocumented, named, with a nominal value of 110 UZS in the amount of 136,363,700 ordinary shares of JSC Aloqabank on the basis of Protocol No. 137 of the Supervisory Board meeting of JSC Aloqabank dated October 9, 2014.

State registration of JSC Aloqabank shares has been realized (Decision to issue shares #Р0021-20)

On September 19, 2014, the Center for the Coordination and Development of the Securities Market realized state registration for No. P0021-20 of the new issued of undocumented, named, with a nominal value of 110 UZS in the amount of 882,000,000 ordinary and 18,000,000 preference shares of JSC Aloqabank on the basis of Protocol No. 96 of the Supervisory Board meeting of JSC Aloqabank dated August 5, 2015.
