AT “Aloqabank” xalqaro sifat menejmenti tizimi bo‘yicha ISO 9001:2015 standarti talablari asosida Germaniyaning TÜV International Certification sertifikatlash tashkiloti tomonidan o‘tkazilgan auditdan muvaffaqiyatli o‘tdi hamda AT “Aloqabank”ga xalqaro sifat menejmenti tizimi bo‘yicha “Bank xizmatlarini ko‘rsatish” sohasida DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 sertifikati berilishi to‘g‘risida xulosa qilindi.

Xalqaro sifat menejmenti tizimi bo‘yicha ISO 9001:2015 sertifikati bankning barcha filiallarini o‘z ichiga olgan holda mijozlar va manfaatdor tomonlarning barcha talablarini bajarishni hamda doimiy sifat sohasidagi yuksalishlarni maqsad qilgan.

AT “Aloqabank”ning sifat sohasidagi siyosati

AT “Aloqabank” sifat sohasidagi asosiy maqsadlarga erishish va uni amalga oshirish uchun o‘z oldiga quyidagi asosiy yo‘nalishlar va vazifalarni belgilab olgan:

  • a) xalqaro menejment tamoyillari va usullarini amalga oshirish hamda Korporativ boshqaruv Milliy Kodeksini amaliyotga joriy etish orqali korporativ boshqaruvni takomillashtirish;
  • b) tavakkalchiliklarni baholash va boshqarish tizimini takomillashtirish;
  • d) bankning ustav kapitali va sof foydasini oshirish hisobiga bankning kapitallashuv darajasi ortishini ta’minlash;
  • e) mijozlar sonini ko‘paytirish va sifatli mijozlar bazasi ulushini yaxshilash bo‘yicha doimiy ishlash;
  • f) chakana xizmatlarni ko‘rsatish ulushini ko‘paytirish;
  • g) kichik biznes va xususiy tadbirkorlikni moliyaviy qo‘llab-quvvatlash;
  • h) investitsion faollikni oshirish va ishlab chiqarishni modernizatsiyalash, texnik va texnologik qayta jihozlash bo‘yicha loyihalarni kreditlashtirishni jadallashtirish;
  • i) samarali bank xizmatlarini ko‘rsatish hamda boshqarish sifatini oshirish maqsadida, zamonaviy axborot texnologiyalarini (IT) joriy qilish orqali xizmat ko‘rsatish jarayonlarini avtomatlashtirish;
  • j) xodimlar bilan ishlash usullari (jamoa bo‘lib ishlash), korporativ madaniyat, rag‘batlantirish tizimini doimiy takomillashtirib borish, xodimlar malakasini oshirish va yuqori malakali mutaxassislarni jalb qilish;
  • k) bankning yuksak imidjini shakllantirish, jamoatchilik bilan aloqalarni rivojlantirish hamda bankning strategiyasiga muvofiq holda marketing strategiyasini joriy etish maqsadida marketing va jamoatchilik bilan aloqalarning zamonaviy usullaridan keng foydalanish.
