Alokabank has a wide network of automated self-service devices. ATMs serve all types of cards offered by the bank (Humo, Uzcard, as well as international Visa, UnionPay and MasterCard cards).

ATMs have various service options depending on the models: withdrawal and replenishment of funds, currency conversion (exchange) into soums. Therefore, when searching for and using an ATM, pay attention to the type of ATM.

ATMs and their types:

А) Cash out: Cash withdrawal only;
B) Cash in: Cash withdrawal and card replenishment;
C) VASH: Conversion and all other types of operations;

How to use ATMs correctly:
  1. ATMs are located in various regions and cities of our country. You can find the nearest ATM in the mobile application the bank "Zoomrad" or on the corporate website the bank at this link: aloqabank.uz
  1. When using an ATM, look around and make sure you are safe. In the presence of doubtful persons, do not carry out an operation with a card and cash, wait for a safe environment.
  1. If the ATM is turned off, is in the process of restarting or gives an error - do not use it until the error is eliminated. Contact the Contact center of the bank by: +998 71 230-77-77.
  1. The cards must be inserted into a special slot for cards. When inserting the card into the slot, make sure that the card chip looks up and is facing the ATM.
  1. Each ATM has images of payment systems whose cards are serviced by the ATM.
  1. If you enter the PIN code incorrectly, you have one more attempt to enter the PIN code correctly. If you enter the PIN code incorrectly for the third time, your card will remain inside the ATM.
  1. After the operation, do not forget to pick up your card. After the ATM returns the card and does not withdraw it from the receiver's cards within 30 seconds, the card will be withdrawn by the ATM.
  1. When opening the carriage of bills of the receiver - it is necessary to put or withdraw cash. If the ATM returned your money without performing the operation, try to put your bill (bills) in a different way, aligning and straightening them as much as possible. If the ATM returned your funds for the second time, please replace them and use others (they do not meet the requirements for a cash bill and their authenticity).

  2. In any case, if the ATM has opened a bill receiver, you should withdraw the funds within the next 50 seconds. After this period, the bank will withdraw your funds.

    It is forbidden to insert any other items into the banknote receiver, except for cash. A bill or several bills (up to 100 units) should be inserted horizontally, straightened and clean (not bent, not wet, not dirty, without paper clips, pins, elastic bands).
