Loan Purpose

To carry out the renovation of old orchards on household plots, pursuant to Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PD-108 dated June 9, 2026 “On measures to support the establishment of industrial-type intensive fruit orchards and the renovation of old orchards”.

Loan Currency

National currency – UZS.

Who is Eligible?

Disbursed to individuals registered as self-employed who have paid the social tax.

Interest Rate

18% per annum.

Loan Amount

In an amount not exceeding 150 million UZS.

Loan Term and Grace Period

For a term of up to 7 years, including a grace period of up to 3 years.

Loan Security

One or several of the following may be provided as security:

- Pledge of a deposit;
- Motor vehicles;
- Real estate property;
- Third-party guarantee.

In this case, where only a third-party guarantee is provided as security, the loan amount shall not exceed 100 million UZS.

Loan Disbursement

Disbursed by transferring funds to the bank account of the persons supplying the products, under a sale and purchase agreement (contract for works or services).

Loan Repayment

Differentiated payments.

Source of Financing

At the expense of the funds of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Loan funds are disbursed after the master agreement on the placement of resource funds is signed with the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Additional Conditions

The “Makhalla Banker” conducts an on-site preliminary review based on the need for seedlings to renovate old orchards on household plots and executes a formal report.

The “Makhalla Banker” monitors the planting in the relevant orchards of seedlings delivered to residents by specialized companies founded by “Uzagrostar xolding”, and monitors them twice a year from the planting of the fruit seedlings until they begin to bear fruit.
