For purchasing apartments in multi-story residential buildings within the residential complex constructed on Sazbet Street, “Chimgan” MCA, Bostanlik district, Tashkent region. |

Eligible borrowers |
1. To employees of JSCB “Turonbank”; 2. To all individuals purchasing apartments from the residential property constructed based on the order of “ALOQA AKTIV” LLC. |

Loan amount |
In an amount not exceeding UZS 1,180.0 million |

|
In this case, if the loan amount exceeds UZS 380.0 million, 2 (two) loan agreements shall be processed. |

|
UZS 380.0 million of this amount shall be refinanced through the funds of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF)*. |
The portion of the loan exceeding UZS 380.0 million shall be processed through the bank's own resource funds. |

*Note: If it is not possible to refinance the loan allocated to the borrower through the MEF funds (if the borrower has previously received a mortgage loan from the MEF resources or for any other reason), the total amount of the loan shall be allocated through the bank's own resources. |

Down payment amount |
If the amount of the allocated loan does not exceed UZS 380 million and is refinanced through the MEF resources, the down payment amount shall be no less than 15 (fifteen) percent of the value of the sale and purchase agreement. When the loan amount required for purchasing a housing property exceeds UZS 380 million, or when the loan is allocated entirely through the bank's own resources, the down payment amount shall be no less than 20 (twenty) percent. |

Loan interest rate |
For the portion of the loan refinanced through the MEF resources, at the Central Bank's main rate + 1 percent. |
For the portion allocated through the bank's own resources, at an interest rate of 18 percent per annum. |

Disbursement method |
It shall be carried out by transferring funds in accordance with the sale and purchase agreement. |
