Education Loan – at bank’s own expense

a) An application;

b) An original identity document (a civil passport or ID card) of a customer (co-borrower, individual guarantor) (a bank officer takes a copy of the original passport or ID card of the customer);

d) Fee-paying study under a tuition agreement (contract) a higher educational institution and a student have entered into in due order;

e) Loan security documents.

The documents required if the loan is secured by a third party surety:

If guarantor is an individual:

an original identity document (a civil passport or ID card) of the guarantor. In this case, a bank officer takes a copy of the original identity document.

If guarantor is a legal entity:

the balance sheet and appendices of a guarantor-company;

an auditor's report;

the minutes of the founders’ meeting on consent to grant the surety;

the constituent documents (Certificate, Articles of Incorporation, Deed of Incorporation).

A third party surety if the loan does not exceed UZS 40 (forty) million.

The liquid collateral if the loan exceeds UZS 40 (forty) million.
