Required documents

c) An apartment or stand-alone house sale contract;

d) Loan security documents;

e) The borrower (co-borrower, individual guarantor) income data the bank looks up online from external sources. When the bank cannot find the borrower (co-borrower, individual guarantor) income data online from external sources, the Borrower shall provide a statement of income.

Requirements

To a borrower: A citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan or a stateless person who is 18 years of age or older, but younger than 65, permanently resides in Uzbekistan and has permanent income.

The borrower (co-borrower, individual guarantor) income data the bank looks up online from external sources.

When the bank cannot find the borrower (co-borrower, individual guarantor) income data online from external sources, the Borrower shall provide a statement of income.

When finding the Leverage Ratio, the average monthly income of a customer and co-borrowers is calculated as the arithmetic average of the income, they have received in the last 12 months (when the employment period is less than 12 months - during the employment period).

The Borrower must have earned income for at least 3 months over the last 6 months.

The loan and relevant interest repayment shall be made commensurate with the mortgage agreement the Bank and the Borrower entered into and the annuity or differentiated payment schedule at the customer’s option.
