JSC Aloqabank carries out fallowing operations with securities:
- issue and accommodation of own shares by open subscription;
- release and accommodation of own depositary certificates for legal persons;
- release and accommodation of own savings certificates for physical persons;
- purchase of shares, bonds and other securities of other emitters;
- storage of all kinds of securities of other emitters;
- purchase of the state short-term bonds;
- purchase of bonds of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- purchase of bonds of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- realization of repurchase agreement transactions (transactions of sale and purchase of securities with the return repayment);
- to act as the Dealer at the conclusion of transactions with the state short-term bonds, bonds of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on its own behalf, due to and on behalf of the Investor;
- underwriting services.
