Requirements for the contest participant

The contest is deemed invalid in the following cases:

• if by the deadline for submission of proposals fewer than 2 (two) proposals meeting the requirements specified in the contest documents have been received by the contest commission;
• if, based on the results of reviewing the proposals, the procurement commission has rejected all proposals or there are fewer than 2 (two) proposals that meet the contest document requirements; the customer has the right to cancel the contest at any time until the winning proposal is accepted. If the contest is cancelled, the customer shall announce the reasons that served as the basis for this decision).
