Based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PD-62 dated February 14, 2025, extensive work is being carried out to develop youth entrepreneurship and ensure youth employment.

Within the framework of this decree, a young and proactive man named Melikulov Abdilaziz, residing in the "Do'stlik" mahalla of Uzun district in Surkhandarya region, wishing to start his business in the barbering field, received a preferential loan from AloqaBank to purchase barbering equipment. "Preferential Loan for Youth Business"

  • Annual interest rate: 18.0%;
  • Maximum loan amount: 
  • A) For individuals - up to 100.0 million soums; 
  • B) For individual entrepreneurs - up to 1.5 billion soums; 
  • C) For legal entities - up to 5.0 billion soums;
  • Loan term: for a period not exceeding 7 years (with a grace period on the principal debt of up to 2 years);
  • Loan purpose: for developing youth entrepreneurship within the framework of the "Yosh tadbirkor" program.
