Open Dialogue with Entrepreneurs: An Initiative Aimed at On-Site Problem Resolution and Introducing Financial Opportunities
On May 21, 2025, AloqaBank’s management held an open dialogue with local entrepreneurs in Fergana Region. The primary goal was to examine entrepreneurs’ practical challenges on-site, listen to their concerns, and outline specific measures to address them.
Entrepreneurs directly shared issues faced in their activities, including barriers to obtaining loans, guarantees, collateral, and preferential conditions. Bank specialists provided detailed explanations of existing financial products and services as solutions. Notably, a presentation on factoring services highlighted their benefits: rapid liquidity enhancement, reduced debtor risk, and stabilized cash flow.
Under the “Youth Bank” concept, the “First Step to Business” project, and the “Youth Entrepreneurship” program, preferential loans for youth—including microloans up to 100 million soums—were presented, detailing their terms, durations, and formalization based on insurance or third-party guarantees.
At the meeting’s conclusion, entrepreneurs’ proposals and issues were reviewed on-site, with specific measures outlined for resolution. Through this dialogue, AloqaBank contributes to supporting entrepreneurs via financial services and strengthening socio-economic stability.
