Financial Literacy – To Every Mahalla!
In collaboration with AloqaBank and the Central Bank, a large-scale social project — "Financially Literate Mahalla" — has been launched within the framework of "Global Money Week". As part of the project, modern libraries have been established in all mahallas of the capital, transforming them not only into places for reading books but also into platforms for learning modern knowledge.
Starting from 2025, financial literacy classes for children and teenagers have been implemented in these libraries. The bank's qualified specialists conducted initial masterclasses covering the following topics:
- Proper money management;
- Basics of saving and investment;
- Budget planning and ways to achieve financial goals.
Additionally, as part of the project, a memorable cultural excursion was organized by AloqaBank for students. Schoolchildren became closely acquainted with unique works of art, ancient coins, and their history at the Gallery of Fine Arts of Uzbekistan.
