Entrepreneurs’ problems studied in Navoi: environmental permit and a 250 million soum license fee in the spotlight

The next study and meetings were held in the city of Navoi in order to support business entities operating there and to find solutions to the systemic issues that are causing them difficulties.

During the study, the following issues were discussed in detail:

Rubintechmet LLC (Kimyogar NCA): a meeting was held with the company’s management. During the conversation, practical assistance was requested in obtaining the relevant permit from environmental authorities for melting and processing metal and producing various finished metal products. The entrepreneur was given the necessary legal and procedural proposals and recommendations. In addition, in order to speed up the resolution of this issue, a relevant proposal was submitted through the bank-kredit.uz/public/pages/appeals platform, and the company head was informed of this.

Ferti C Linik LLC (Bunyodkor NCA): the enterprise was visited and its current activities were closely reviewed. During the discussion, the clinic head highlighted changes in the system of license fees for private medical activity. In particular, it was stated that previously the total fee amounted to 8.0 million soums, whereas under the current procedure a separate fee is set for each type of activity, as a result of which the total amount has reached 250.0 million soums. The entrepreneur requested practical assistance in optimizing the amount of these fees. Relevant explanations and recommendations were also provided to the entrepreneur on this problem.

Work to eliminate such obstacles in the activities of business entities and to protect their lawful interests will continue consistently.
