AloqaBank and the “Les Ailes” franchise network signed a memorandum: new jobs will be created for youth
In accordance with Presidential Decree PD-210 of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 1, 2026 “On additional measures to ensure youth employment through support of entrepreneurial projects,” priority tasks have been set to support franchise networks that have created more than 1,000 jobs, to allocate preferential loans to them, and to encourage the creation of additional jobs for unemployed youth.
To ensure the implementation of this decree, a memorandum was signed between AloqaBank and the large “Les Ailes” franchise network in our country. The document is aimed at ensuring youth employment and creating additional jobs for them.
Today, the “Les Ailes” network has about 60 branches across Uzbekistan, employing about 1,500 young people.
According to the memorandum, AloqaBank envisages allocating long-term loans to entrepreneurs for up to 7 years at an annual rate of 18% to expand the network and open new branches.
Within the framework of cooperation, along with the expansion of the franchise network, opportunities will also be created to provide vocational training to unemployed youth in the regions and subsequently employ them in this network.
Memorandums of cooperation will also be signed with other franchise enterprises operating in our country, practical assistance will be provided in creating additional jobs for unemployed youth in the regions, and new business entities will start operating.
This cooperation between AloqaBank and “Les Ailes” is one of the practical projects aimed at increasing youth employment, supporting entrepreneurial initiatives, and developing the franchise business.
