YOUTH DAY — UNFORGETTABLE MOMENTS IN THE ZAAMIN MOUNTAINS
On the occasion of Youth Day, a two-day trip to the Zaamin Mountains was organized on June 27–28 for the young employees of JSC “Aloqabank” at the initiative of the bank’s management, trade union committee, and the council for ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men.
More than 50 young employees from various departments of the bank took part in the event. The main purpose of the trip was to provide young staff with meaningful recreation, strengthen teamwork, develop leadership potential, and promote corporate culture.
During the program, participants enjoyed the beautiful nature of Zaamin and actively took part in team quests, sports competitions, leadership training sessions, and various activities aimed at strengthening cooperation.
The equal participation of female and male employees helped promote mutual respect, equal partnership, and an inclusive working environment within the team.
This event became a clear example of JSC “Aloqabank”’s attention to young professionals, appreciation of their work, and commitment to developing a healthy, united, and equal-opportunity team environment.
