AloqaBank has been assigned to the neighborhoods of Kuchkak, Jumabozor, Bunyodkor, and Kat in Qarshi district and is organizing monthly visits to these neighborhoods to promote the socio-economic development of the population. During the visits, meetings are held with the "mahalla seven," activists, and community representatives, where detailed explanations are given about the reforms and programs being implemented by the head of state to reduce poverty. Consultations are also provided on what opportunities the residents of the mahalla can use within the framework of these programs.

Within the framework of this visit, a trilateral agreement on poverty reduction was signed with the Qarshi District Hokimiyat, the Employment Department, and the Mahalla Citizens' Assembly. Within the framework of this agreement, it is planned to involve unemployed citizens in employment programs, develop entrepreneurship, and improve the infrastructure of the mahalla.

Specific measures have also been identified for the employment of unemployed women in the "Bunyodkor" mahalla. A meeting was held with mahalla officials, and a list of unemployed women was compiled. At the initial stage, 10 unemployed women were employed at the "JAHON MASHHUR VISOLA" LLC greenhouse, which is a client of AloqaBank.
