On May 15–17 this year, a team-building event was organized at the “Humson Buloq” resort complex. The initiative was launched by the Advisory Council on Ensuring Equal Rights and Opportunities for Women and Men, and approved by the top management of JSC “Aloqabank”. The event was aimed at supporting the principles of gender equality, strengthening corporate culture, fostering teamwork, and enhancing team cohesion.

As part of the program, training sessions were conducted for the participants, focusing on the development of leadership qualities, effective communication skills, teamwork, responsibility sharing, and mutual support in both professional and daily activities. Special emphasis was placed on interactive formats, including business games, practical tasks, and the “Zakovat” intellectual tournament, which helped foster active listening, mutual understanding, and the collaborative achievement of goals.

Additionally, sports competitions in volleyball, football, and tennis were organized, allowing employees to not only strengthen their physical health but also enhance corporate interaction. The event contributed to creating a positive emotional atmosphere, strengthening trust among bank employees, and served as a source of additional motivation and inspiration for further professional activities.
