Day of Little Leaders and Future Champions
The Advisory Council on Ensuring Gender Equality (Equality of Rights for Women and Men) of JSC “Aloqabank” organized an event under the motto “Little Leaders and Future Champions” to support employees and their family members, strengthen family values, and promote equal opportunities for the younger generation.
During the event, our employees' children were able to see with their own eyes where and how their parents work, gaining an insight into banking life and work processes. This, in turn, helps to foster children's respect for their parents' labor, spark an interest in professions, and shape their future goals.
Furthermore, the chess tournament organized within the event was aimed at enabling boys and girls to demonstrate their knowledge and potential, communicate in an atmosphere of healthy competition, and support their intellectual development.
The Advisory Council on Ensuring Gender Equality of JSC “Aloqabank” considers it a vital task to promote gender equality not only in the professional environment, but also through supporting family values, developing the younger generation, and creating equal opportunities for every child to realize their abilities.
This event became a practical embodiment of the bank's initiatives aimed at strengthening ties with employees and their family members, as well as supporting the younger generation.
