An extended round table was held at the Bostanlyk district administration building in Tashkent region, led by the management of AloqaBank, the chairman of the Republican Beekeeping Association, and the district administration. During the event, systemic measures being implemented in the country to develop beekeeping farms, increase the efficiency of work in the industry, and expand honey production were discussed. Specialists provided detailed explanations to the participants on the organization of prevention and treatment of seasonal diseases in the beekeeping industry, caring for bee colonies at home, conducting modern veterinary and sanitary measures, the processes of honey production, growing and preparing bee colonies for sale, and creating their feed base.
Detailed information was also presented on the work being carried out by AloqaBank to develop beekeeping, as well as on the loan funds allocated to citizens wishing to engage in this activity. In particular, in order to develop beekeeping in the Bostanlyk district, AloqaBank has decided to allocate 10,000 beehives with all their equipment to 1,000 households (10 each) included in the social register, on a credit basis, as well as to organize free training courses.
