Anti-Corruption Seminar Held for Bank Employees
A training seminar on anti-corruption was organised for bank employees to strengthen the principles of transparency and integrity within the banking system.
During the event, participants received comprehensive guidance on preventing corruption, performing their duties honestly and responsibly, and complying with current legislative requirements.
The seminar covered the key concepts of corruption, its negative impact on banking operations, and potential risks that may arise.
Additionally, conflicts of interest and the mechanisms for identifying them were explained through practical examples.
Employees were given specific recommendations on how to prevent corrupt practices.
In particular, emphasis was placed on identifying suspicious transactions, strictly adhering to internal regulations, and promptly reporting any such incidents to the relevant departments.
At the close of the seminar, participants received answers to their questions and took part in discussions based on real-life scenarios.
