NOTICE
Pursuant to Minutes No. 021 of the Supervisory Board of the Joint-Stock Commercial "Aloqabank" dated June 3, 2026, the bank has issued 845,256,750,000 registered ordinary shares. This issue was registered by the National Agency for Perspective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan on June 16, 2026, under registration number P0021–32. The placement price of the shares is set at 1 (one) UZS per share.
Exercise of Pre-emptive Right
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Joint-Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders' Rights," shareholders holding voting ordinary shares of the bank as of June 3, 2026, have a pre-emptive right to purchase these additionally issued shares at the established price, in proportion to the number of shares they already own.
Procedure for Determining the Number of Shares
The number of shares a shareholder is entitled to purchase is calculated using
the following formula:

▪ A – the number of ordinary shares currently held by the shareholder in the Bank's authorized capital;
▪ B – the number of new ordinary shares to be purchased by the shareholder based on their pre-emptive right.
Note: If the fractional part after the decimal point in the calculation result is 5 or higher, it is rounded up (to the nearest whole number); if it is less than 5, it is rounded down.
Terms of Payment and Submission of Documents
· Form of payment: conducted in the national currency of the Republic of Uzbekistan (UZS) via non-cash settlement.
· Validity period: the pre-emptive right is valid from June 17, 2026, to June 26, 2026 (including June 26).
To fully or partially exercise their pre-emptive right, shareholders must submit a written application and a payment document to the Head Office of the bank. The application must clearly state the shareholder's full name (or legal entity name), place of residence
(or legal address), and the exact number of shares being purchased.
