The selection is invalid in the following cases:

if, after the deadline for submitting proposals, the selection committee received less than 2 (two) proposals that meet the requirements specified in the selection documents;

if, based on the results of consideration of applications, the procurement commission rejected all applications or received less than 2 (two) applications that could meet the requirements of the tender documentation; The customer has the right to cancel the competition at any time before acceptance of the winning bid. In case of cancellation of the competition, the customer will provide the reasons for this decision).
