On 4-6 May, 2012 family sports contest and «Osh festival» among the employees of communications sphere was held. OJSC «Aloqabank» has taken an active part in sports contest and «Osh festival».

On 12-16 March, 2012 OJSC «Alokabank» in order to improve the skills of the bank employees held the education workshop on the issues of organization accounting, improvement of accounting operations, conducting the last control of accounting transactions, as well as the internal controls in the system of OJSC «Alokabank».

In «The contest in attracting deposits among commercial banks and their branches, mini banks and saving/special bank on the results of 2011» holding on February 4^th, 2012 in    the Association of Banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan OJSC «Aloqabank» took the first place in the nomination «The best Bank of 2011 in attracting deposits» and was awarded with diploma of the first degree and the valuable gift. In the nomination «The best saving/special bank of the year in attracting deposits in rural area» the Central Savings Bank of Navoi branch took the second place and was awarded with diploma of second degree and the valuable gift.

On 20-26 January 2012 in order to improve the professional skills of the staff OJSC “Aloqabank” the educational seminar on the theme: “Credit policy, crediting operations, problems on the process of crediting and the ways of their solutions” was held.

On August 28, 2011 in order to prepare a worthy gift for citizens and entrepreneurs of Tashkent city OJSC "Aloqabank" put into operation the new building of the Mirabad branch of the bank on the following address: Tashkent city, Nukus street, # 22a, as well as the solemn ceremony of the opening new offices of the Centre of electromagnetic compatibility, JSC “Uzbektelecom” and JSC “Dori-Darmon” on Nukus street, # 22a were held.

From 10 to 12 June 2011, volleyball events on “Cup of Independence” among women's teams of the Head Office, the operational department and the regional branches of OJSC “Aloqabank” were held in the arena of Olympic Reserve College of Bukhara city.
